Ayurveda is the oldest holistic life science in the world originating from the Vedic age in India 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda is the knowledge of life and provides a complete system for self-healing naturally, incorporating the mind, body and spirit.

Meet Faaria
Hi! I’m Faaria. I started OJAS with the purpose to help empower people to live their best lives, naturally.
I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified Yoga teacher, and through my learnings and experiences with Yoga and Ayurveda over the last decade, I’ve been able to heal myself naturally from chronic illness and manage and optimise my mental and physical health in a nurturing and holistic way.
My purpose is to share the power of ancient Vedic practices to empower people to live their best lives, naturally.
